### **Delivery Timeframes:**

1. **Standard Delivery:**

   - Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

   - Standard delivery is available for all products and is free of charge for orders above INR 10000.

2. **Express Delivery:**

   - Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.

   - Express delivery is available at an additional cost. The exact fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

### **Delivery Areas:**

We currently provide delivery services in ujjain. However, please note that there might be certain remote locations where delivery might not be possible. In such cases, our team will get in touch with you to find a suitable solution.

### **Order Processing:**

1. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on Fridays or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

### **Shipping Partners:**

CEA India Hub partners with reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. Our primary shipping partners include (but are not limited to) DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, and India Post.

### **Order Tracking:**

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

### **Delivery Confirmation:**

A signature may be required upon delivery for certain high-value items. If you are unavailable to receive the package, our courier partner will leave a notification with further instructions.

### **Failed Delivery Attempts:**

If our courier partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, they will leave a notification with instructions for re-scheduling the delivery or for pickup from a local branch.

### **Delivery Charges:**

1. Standard Delivery (Orders above INR 10000): Free

2. Standard Delivery (Orders below INR 10000): INR 50/kg

3. Express Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

### **Shipping Insurance:**

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. This insurance is valid until the product is delivered and signed for.

### **Returns Due to Non-Delivery:**

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
