CEA INDIA - Return Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility:

 

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.

Fresh products must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Graded products must be returned within 1 day from the date of delivery.

 

2. Initiation of Return:

 

Customers must contact our customer support team within the specified return period to initiate a return.

For Fresh Products: Contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

For Graded Products: Contact our customer support team within 1 day of delivery to request a return.

 

3. Return Authorization:

 

Upon contact, our customer support team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.

The RA number must be clearly indicated on the return package.

 

4. Return Shipping:

 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for both fresh and graded products.

For graded product returns, customers must ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

 

5. Inspection and Processing:

 

Returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to verify compliance with our return policy.

For fresh product returns, a refund will be issued after inspection and confirmation of the product's original condition.

For graded product returns meeting the return policy criteria, refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.

 

6. Refund Process:

 

Refunds for both fresh and graded products will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account for fresh products, and 7-14 business days for graded products, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

 

7. Non-Eligible Items:

 

Fresh products after 5 days from the date of delivery.

Graded products after 1 day from the date of delivery.

Products lacking accessories or with damaged packaging.

Products displaying signs of use, damage, or tampering.
