CEA INDIA - Terms and Conditions for Fresh and Graded Products

Fresh Products:

Warranty Coverage: The warranty for fresh products will be provided by the respective manufacturing company, as outlined in the warranty card rules.
Original Bill Requirement: Customers must present the original bill to the company representative for any repairs or replacements required for the product.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding fresh products will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ujjain.
Product Satisfaction: Customers are expected to thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery. By accepting the delivery, they confirm their satisfaction with the product and agree to the terms and conditions of sale, which are stated in the English language.

Graded Products:

Warranty Coverage: The seller will provide a one-year warranty for all functional parts of graded products within municipal limits.
Original Bill Requirement: Customers should provide the original bill to the technician for any complaints or repairs related to the graded product.
Handling and Transportation: Handling and transportation of graded products will be provided only upon the customer's request.
As-Is Basis Sales: Sales of our company's second products (graded products) are on an as-is basis, implying that the product is sold in its current condition.
Warranty Limitations: The one-year warranty for graded or company-second products covers only repairs, and no product replacements will be offered under any circumstances.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: The warranty will not cover glass, bulbs, or plastic parts of graded or company-second products.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes between the customer and CEA India concerning graded products, no consumer court jurisdiction will apply.
Product Satisfaction: Similar to fresh products, customers are required to inspect and confirm their satisfaction with the graded product upon delivery.By signing below, customers acknowledge their understanding of the terms and conditions applicable to graded or company second product sales.
